Absolutely terrible service! Provider came out and initially fixed a t joint but didn’t even pay attention to the joint itself being cracked. Had to actually point this out to them. In addition, they replaced an above ground pipe in the run with one that is now twice the height which has results in plants dying due to lack of irrigation initially. I ultimately had to replace the heads and manually adjust them myself in order to resolve this problem. Very rude and unprofessional in nature. Avoid like the plague or risk being treated like crap and ignored during the process! The photos attached are the repair and the old pipe (in my hand) which is clearly twice the height!
