FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If the customer have NOT ever had a professional cleaning service, then it will take a considerable amount of time to bring the home up to high standards. So they should think if they would like to break up the cleaning up into two cleaning sessions or all at one time. If you want it all in one time then be prepared to to pay more depending on the heaviness of the work load at hand
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to meet them and their family ( pets included ). Then take a walk through the home with customers so they can direct me of their cleaning needs. I always like to look 👀 at the master bathrooms or the shower that gets the most use to see what it is needed to make it sparkle. If ovens and refrigerators are included I like look at them also. I like to know where the trash cans and liners. Then we set a date and set payment arrangements
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was train by a friend who had worked with an agency. She trained me and I made my own technique work for me to give my customers a higher quality of cleaning
