- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates and 10% off for all of our military and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a quick introduction and then dispatch one of our highly qualified technicians to the location to meet with the customer and ensure they are getting the right equipment for them. We also incorporate technology. Our customers receive a text message after an appointment has been scheduled. When the technician is dispatched to perform the work the customer receives another text with a picture of the individual who was dispatched along with a short bio. This lets you know who is coming to your house! You can also track their progress so you know how far they are from your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully certified and carry the appropriate licenses. All of our technicians have the appropriate licenses to perform HVAC services and all very experienced.
