I had an issue with a dishwasher and was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Bryan was punctual, polite in messages and in person, professional, and after a service call he was able to diagnose the issue. After ordering the parts needed, he ran into another issue that would have made the cost just as high as purchasing a new dishwasher. He kept me in the loop and gave options on what to do to move forward. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. Highly recommend Dickey’s Appliance and Repair.
