- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I do have a price list that I use and if the customer would to have their piano tuned and or repaired I then share that information with them only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I look over their piano and show them what looks good and make recommendations on what areas of the instrument that needs to be repaired. I try to treat each customer like I would like to be treated, honestly and fairly.
