- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer straightforward pricing. My hourly rate is $55 and the typical job takes two hours or less. A business may need additional services that the average residential customer may not; therefore, costs may be offered at either an hourly rate or a project rate. From time to time, I may offer discounts to OSU students, veterans, and those who refer customers to me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to have an initial brief conversation to get to know your needs in detail so I can offer you the best pricing and get you scheduled right away. This can be done over a phone call, email, Zoom Meeting, or by filling out the form on my website under "Need Help" on my menu bar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of hands-on training and experience in desktop, software, and network support. I am a Microsoft Partner, have been an Apple Business Partner, Dell Small Business Partner, Adobe Reseller, and have held various other relationships with manufacturers and software companies to provide tailored support to residential and business customers.
