- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service call fee is $75, once problem is diagnosed, we will explain issues that were found and then give the customer all options available whether to replace or repair, I offer 10% discount for seniors, veterans, pastors and churches.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
listen to customer concerns. try and get as much history as possible. Give upfront pricing and options for repairs or replacement. It's important to build a positive experience for the customer.

went to school at vatterott college and have 6 yrs experience.
