- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price starts at $75.00 an hour, but every event is different and price can vary. It always includes set up and clean up. I will add an extra charge to provide ice, cups or mixers etc. If I have to bring the bar then that is also extra cost. The service does not include alcohol. Sodas,tea and water are not provided by the bar for non alcoholic beverages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get hired, I collect a deposit and place it on the calendar, we will consult via phone, text of what will be expected and served at the event, 30 days prior I will contact for confirmation to see if anything has changed etc. I will then keep in contact week by week answering questions and planning for service. One week prior I then prepare with exact menus, drinks, supplies etc for all decisions agreed upon for event. Day of or day before set up bar for event and collect final balance due!
