- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have simplified the pricing structure for the customer so they will know what to expect. My rates are 165 plus parts for repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had extensive training in electronics which helps tremendously with modern appliances.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My background is in aircraft maintenance where I did a lot of mechanical as well as electrical troubleshooting. Beyond that I have always enjoyed fixing broken stuff.
