- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair based on industry standards. Although we know big box retailers charge much more than we do, we would like to keep you as customers for life. If that means keeping a fair price, we will. Check out our page for specific fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once info is received, we reach out to you to verify what your needs are. Any preliminary pictures of the devices, mounting areas, and mounts will better help us prepare to deliver great results 👍🏾
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years in Operations and Technology at a corporate level. Have worked on hardware & software for over 15 years. Installed many hundreds of TV's so far in both commercial and residential settings. I continue to train yearly with new product specs and am always keeping myself up to date with the latest tech news.
