The main concern I have with ALL contractors is poor communication. Juan at True Living Pools gave me no reason for concern. He let me know what was going on every step of the way. He showed up when he said he would. We fixing the problem I knew about uncovered a problem I didn't know about, he had the parts and expertise to take care of that as well. Excellent experience.

My pool pump went out , Juan responded to my inquiry promptly on thumbtack , he was very knowledgeable about the different kinds of pump. We were able to decide on a plan to get the pool up and running , he came out on 4th of July and had the new pump in. Highly recommend for knowledge, professionalism, and work quality.
