FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Dream Team Roofing will schedule a time to perform a free inspection of the property. - This inspection is typically a pre-claim inspection if there is a potential of utilizing the insurance company. We will determine if there is no damage, minimal damage, or significant enough damage that would exceed the Homeowner's deductible which warrants a claim with their insurance carrier. If a claim is filed, Dream Team Roofing will work with the Homeowner through the claims process. - If there is damage that would need a repair. We will make recommendations on the best route to mitigate further damage and provide a Free Estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dream Team Roofing has 30+ years industry experience which gives us a deep understanding of the roofing business. Additionally, our team is certified with most major shingle manufacturers, ensuring that we are fully trained and knowledgeable in the latest roofing techniques, products, and industry standards. - What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a roofing provider in our area, it's essential to ensure that the company is registered with the Construction Industries Board, which ensures they meet the necessary legal and professional standards. You can verify their information on the Construction Industries Board website. Additionally, choose a contractor who can represent you through the insurance process. Not all estimates are equal—some contractors might cut corners or overlook important details. Look for a provider who is transparent, experienced, and thorough, ensuring that your roofing project is completed with quality materials and craftsmanship, all while maximizing your insurance claim benefits.
