- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are one of the few companies that pre and post treat surfaces. Post treating will increase the effects of removing dirt, stains, and organic material. We are fully insured and utilize the latest technology and chemical mixtures.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication and honesty is critical. Make sure we can add value to what they need. Full understanding of project scope and explaining what we will be doing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the service industry for a combined 35 years. Exterior cleaning, construction, sealing, staining, painting and just about everything you can think of. We won’t be beat on quality, integrity, and value.
