- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate per visit depends on the services you are needing! I provide 10% off my pet sitting services for military, police officers, firefighters, and students. I accept payments through Venmo or cash.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process for working with a new client would be to schedule a meet and greet so an initial introduction is established between the pet(s) and I to start building towards trust. I find this is beneficial so that your fur baby feels at home while you are away! After the meet and greet, I ask questions of what is needed outside of the pet services listed while the owner is gone such as collecting mail, putting trash cans out, cleaning, and plant care. Contact information is then shared and keys are collected. While pet sitting, I sent daily updates along with pictures, videos, or face-time if needed! After pet sitting services are provided, payment will be collected via Venmo, cash, or check. Last but not least, please give me a review of my services as I always enjoy receiving feedback on your experience!!
