- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always want to be fair in my pricing but not undersell my expertise and skill. I offer a discount on the next service for referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want to meet with my customers in their home and make sure I know exactly what their expectations are for my service. This also gives me a chance to see the home and meet any pets so they are more comfortable the next time I'm in their home. We'll discuss cost based on actual conditions and expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was pre-veterinary in college and have worked many years at an open-play dog daycare. I have several pets currently and have had all sorts from reptiles to fish to cats and dogs for my entire life. My current pets are almost all 10+yrs old. A green iguana, large constrictor snakes, cats, and numerous fish tanks both reef and fresh.
