- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the project at hand. If we are coming to haul off for you, we have a few options. if you have a large haul off we will charge a flat rate, if you have a couple items needing removal we will charge per unit as we want to stay fair in our pricing for haul offs as they very. If you are needing us to move you, we charge an hourly rate and have a 2 hour minimum. I will provide cost breakdown for projects that need it. We accept cash, venmo and PayPal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I, Niki, will be reaching out to see if we are a good fit for your needs. If we are the best fit for your goals then we can move forward in scheduling and pricing out the job. I will gather all of the detail to make sure we fully meet your needs. I will always send confirmation before showing up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My business partner and I have lots of on the job training for all sorts of moving jobs as well as haul off jobs. We have a great strategy in place that works everytime!
