- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's not all about the money I care about. I care about work satisfaction and taking proper care of customer's belongings. I know how hard it is to lose a property, so I treat others property just like mine.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I present my rate and availability to a customer. if customer agrees to the above, all I require from a customer is the address and a good contact number, except there are some specifications for the move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a bachelor degree in psychology with some graduate school courses in substance abuse counseling. I gained a lot of moving skills working for another moving company for 8 years.
