- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a few different discounts depending on what services you are looking for and only charge a cancelation fee if we are informed within 24 hours of when the clean is scheduled to take place.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to speak with them on the phone to get the best price on their cleaning service. We also offer a very transparent program on the day of the cleaning to keep them informed of what is going on and they are always welcome to call me at any time and I will do my best to get back to them as quickly as possible!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a lot of customer service experience and the job I worked before required my work area to be very clean at all times, so I have a lot of hands-on experience in cleaning.
