- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not usually the least expensive housekeeper in the area, this is not because I want to over charge anyone! It is because I take my time to do the job very, very thoroughly and make sure they are happy with the job. I don’t rush to do more than one home per day, I limit my clients. I want them to know that their needs are important and that I am there for them. My clients find that I am worth paying a bit more for because they can absolutely trust and depend on me!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am always happy to see the home first and do an in person estimate or if they prefer we can just schedule the first cleaning right away. I like to find out what specific things they need help with most and what they would like me to do each time I visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually have training in many areas, but my cleaning experience has been life long! I grew up in a family with some very particular ideas about keeping the home clean and I am a very detail oriented person so it has always come easily to me.
