- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is an all inclusive package with a bid minimum of $300. We offer an Early Bird Discount which includes a 10% discount with a Free Timer for your light display. To qualify for that discount the project must be booked for install by Nov. 22nd and this Ad must be mentioned at time of estimate. Our package includes: * A Free Holiday Theme Consultation with a Free Estimate * Installation - We install commercial grade LEDs that are custom fit to each home or business. We do all the work, you will never have to untangle a string of lights, check a bulb or even climb a ladder. * We service and maintain the lights so if there are any issues call us and we will fix it. * Beginning January 1st, we come and remove the lights ensuring we take care of your property. * We will store the lighting display for you! (optional- free of charge)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to schedule a consultation with our new customers to ensure that we can make their Holiday dreams come to life, within their budget. This way we have built a relationship and we both have established expectations for the season to come.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 20+ years of combined roofing and construction experience. We take safety into consideration at all times and know how to take care of the roof, fascia, etc. to ensure that we do not cause damage to the property during installation and removal. We will consult with a homeowner on any matters that we find could be an issue.
