We are getting our home ready to sell and really needed someone to come make repairs as we have 3 small children and work full time. He was on time, professional, explained everything thoroughly and clearly on exactly what was being done. He was professional and personable and did a wonderful job repairing our kitchen sink and trim for our bedroom. On his way out he noticed our front door needed repaired and fixed it for us without adding on any cost- although we compensated him anyways as deserved.

Rico is an experienced veteran, which shows through excellent communication and professional work! I had three ceiling fans to install. Two were replacements, and one was a new install that needed new power wiring. Rico ensured he understood what I wanted done and completed the work professionally, efficiently, and safely. After seeing how well he communicated and worked, I asked if he could do an additional project. He was very flexible and completed the additional work immediately, to my total satisfaction. He understands the value of a dollar and charges a very fair rate for his work. Rico is returning for a large paint project and will be my first choice when I need a handyperson!

I dont like to make quotes over the phone since it's almost impossible to tell what could be different or go wrong. I dont charge to meet and discuss prices based on different ways of accomplishing your task.
