I only got to work with Taylor for a short time but I was always struck by how he wanted to help make a place a home for the people he worked with. Maybe it's common practice but I was always intrigued when I saw Taylor talking with clients to figure out what they really wanted. He'd offer advice for what he thought would work nest if he didn't think they'd like the initial end product but still respected their decor choices in the end. I remember he showed me how to "butter" a tile so that not only would it have a more secure stick to the ground but it would also prevent from breaking as easily. He told me how it was pretty common to only butter one side to save time but he always wanted to work on a house like it was his own. Taylor also did his best to make sure his clients never broke the bank. He expressed a desire to give the southside of okc homes it's people would be proud to live in while still remaining affordable. I can remember thinking he could have charged more for his services but because he wants to serve people, he chose to keep the cost down so they could have peace of mind with their decision. I feel Taylor's work is worth the price, the time it takes, and is a smart choice if you want quality work. If you want a home, he's Taylor made for the job.

When we were considering converting a bedroom into a nursery, we approached Taylor. He did an amazing job creating a space for our little one that felt more like home than the rest of our home! From ceiling to paint to floors, Taylor did beautiful work.

OKC Design and Build have done several projects for my wife and I including flooring, trim, door installation, drywall, painting, etc. Taylor is a fantastic worker. He is very skilled and knowledgeable about what he does and very passionate about doing his work with excellence. Their prices are also very competitive which I always appreciate! If I don't like the work someone does I just move on to the next company, but OKC Design and Build will absolutely be staying on my call list.
