FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't charge for estimates unless it requires 3D rendering or cad workto be done in order to give rock solid estimate. Examples- You are wanting a new kitchen remodel and our line of custom cabinetry, uppers and lowers with detail. Price range varies from factors like total size/qty of cabinets, customization of cabinet interiors, and frequency of layout changes during the process. Best part about this fee is that i will waive the fee or deduct from total after signing contract and making the initial deposit. As well as the coupon we offer first time customers that's located on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our general process never changes, we treat every customer with the same level of importance and concern even if they are new business or repeat happy customer. The only difference is simple really, TRUST! Repeat customers generally come back for every project , not because we are the only one available to work the project. But, because they love our quality workmanship and values we offer their home. You can ask any past customer of Compass and they will tell you the same thing. That they were scared, skeptical, or just unsure who to trust with their home and hard earned money. Then 99.99% of the time that would be followed by what we call TGFC! (Thank God For Compass)
