My wife and I had previously scheduled a technician to come to our home to repair our microwave, which turned out to be a big mistake because the previous technician was incompetent. And left our microwave disassembled without the problem being fixed. Now, let's talk about the best technician (Allan T) who came in at the right time when I had given up. I am 100% thrilled with his work! He contacted me immediately that night and arranged to come out the next day. He figured out the problem with out thermostat, and even fixed a ceiling fan light as well. He seems to be adle to handle all sorts of household repairs, and I couldn't be more happy that we found him! Hes not one of those "big companies" who claim i needed a whole new system, he's a kind, honest man who takes pride in his work.

Allan responded soon after I submitted my request, made arrangements for the next day and was on schedule. I have an older oven which required quite a bit of work to get to the problem. Allan did an excellent job of repairing my oven in timely manner, and is personable and professional. Would definitely hire him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat rate and hourly estimates and do offer periodic discounts for referrals, multiple projects / repeat customer work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial contact and triage phase I will usually contact the customer to provide pricing, verify work expectations /safety requirements (if applicable) and answer any questions or concerns customer may have prior to scheduling service. During the course of any service I may take pre and post service photos of equipment/areas being worked to aid in ordering parts, and for quality assurance purposes.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have provided technical services my entire career since the 90's primarily in the field of information technology but have always had a strong background in construction and DIY repair work. Over time I have acquired the advanced skills and training to take on additional types of projects to include finish carpentry, demolition and remodelling work, drywall installation and repair, and electrical wiring/ plumbing work.
