I had a few projects that needed addressed on my house. Charles and his team have versatile skills and were able to address each of them. They scheduled and arrived in a timely manner and performed all of the listed work quickly and with high quality. Any additional issues discovered were communicated and allowed to be decided by me as to whether to do any additional repairs. Charles was straight forward and honest on his assessments. I plan to have them tackle a few other items in the future.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the customer reaches out to me, I make an appointment with a customer for a consultation. I bring a 3-D design software to design any project, big or small with the customer so they can see exactly what they are getting. We then proceed with a contract agreement after both parties have signed construction will begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years on the job experience.
