I would like to give a special shot out to technician Marvin, he came out promptly not long after i inquired about service. Now mind you it is Christmas eve when my heater decides to mess up, come to find out it was not the thermostat like i thought but a greater problem, but Marvin the technician stayed untill almost 9pm to make sure i had heat and on Christmas eve, he was there from 10am to 9pm on a job we thought was gonna be a little simpler but he was very thorough and told me exactly what all i needed done, he went above and beyond the call of duty, so thanks to Marvin. Also climate tech air was the only company who responded that day, and she called promptly after i inquired, so i would definitely use their services again, they get 5 star rating.

Paige was amazing at setting up my appointment and keeping me updated on the ETA. Very customer-focused! When the tech got here he was professional, quick, and took the time to explain to me thoroughly what the problem was. Even allowed me to watch! Didn't try to over sale me anything I didn't need and was upfront with pricing which was very reasonable. They are not the cheapest, but the quality of the service and the experience as a whole was well worth it. I've now found my go-to HVAC company!
