- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to remain competitive in pricing for the OKC metro area, while still making a decent pay to support my family and 3 kids. I am always happy to discuss details and set expectations up front, so there are zero surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make sure expectations and pricing for the project is spelled out in writing so no surprises. Should added projects are later added, these will also be added into written project for clarity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Side jobs as handyman and home/office furniture assembly over 30+ years. I am branching out as a full-time handyman now.
