- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I never discriminate and neither do my prices. No matter who you are or where you live your guaranteed to get the same prices and great honest work from an experienced plumbers that likes what he does.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce my self and give them a very short description of my knowledge and experience. I assure them that they don't need to worry and let them know it'll be fixed the right way with the most up to date building/plumbing practices. Then go over the job and how I'm going to resolve it for them. I let them know what my working schedule is like. Next I bid the job and present customer with my estimates. I want make all my customers happy especially my new ones. I won't leave a job until my customer is more than satisfied with everything thing I have done even if I have to stay late.
