What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a general hourly rate listed but I am flexible depending on the job. Please feel free to discuss this with me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically see the job in person and then determine a price for labor. Customers can always shoot me pictures or text however.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10-15 years working alongside my father, a handyman and carpenter. I'm also a Drafter which comes in handy when creating unique items for customers.
