Ron helped me out with repairs to a sagging sleeping porch (a second story open porch). He selected and installed supports to square things up. Did a great job. I've also used him to refinish kitchen cabinets and paint the high trim on my old farmhouse. Good work, good value.

I’ve known Rod Alvord for several years now, as he has been an excellent choice of contractor to do a huge variety of projects for me at my home. The guy has literally and significantly increased the value of my home over those years! Rod has several diverse skills. He remodeled my bathroom, built me a shed, along with a flatstone/gravel pathway, painted my entire home, stained my fence, built a large planter around my home, put up a flagpole, and is currently replacing the carpet with tile-like flooring in three of my rooms. Rod is also just a straight-up good guy. Friendly, professional, and always willing to help out and answer any questions I might have. This gentleman is great! I would (and have) continue to hire him for any job I might have in the future.
