- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are based on your specific project but most are based with materials in mind. Meaning you don't have to worry about anything else but picking out a color. And of course from time to time there might be a discount floating around either on our website facebook or other ads.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we meet at the job site and give you a bid within a couple of hours. Either by email, phone, text, or back in person your preference and situation. At the start of the project we ask for about a quarter of the full payment. Your remaining balance is due at end of project. If any touchups are to remain (typically in a new home or building) about $100 to $200 is put aside until touchup is complete. All this is clearly spelled out in the contract though no worries. Of course a review and rating when done is always helpful to us.
