- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer military discounts. My quotes are usually pretty much always going to be below the industry standard, but if my price is still an obstacle I am willing to negotiate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always prefer face-to-face interaction as that seems to help in breaking the ice for both of us, but most people prefer to just get a quote, set a date and time and through the app. I will ask any pertinent questions and try to answer any of yours as quickly and accurately as possible. I won't the process to be pleasant and rewarding as possible for all parties involved. So give us a call today and we can get to work on your next handyman project!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone through several classes at MCC for electrical and construction education. I have worked for two electrical companies, a floor installation company, rough framer and even an aquarium company where I learned a lot about plumbing. As for the cleaning part of the company...well...I was raised by strict parents who made me clean my room and help ean the house every day. Furthermore, I spent 7 years in the army where they were even more strict on cleanliness. I have learned to be very maticulous over the years.
