The change from the last 3-4 companies we have had to let go was incredible. The quality is amazing. Decided to stop shopping for cheapest, and the fair pricing was actually a good deal when you consider our staff didnt' have to come behind them and clean again. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are less than national franchises, a bit more than the cheapest in town (btw, they are gone now) - but we do obsess over quality, and we really care about you having a clean house. AND SMELLING AMAZING!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a phone quote or walk-thru for home cleaning. We do Light-to-Medium commericial cleaning and will always do a walk-thru quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We don't have specific education or training for customers, but our cleaning team goes thru extensive training and education and we only hire experienced cleaners
