We hired this company to finish our remodeling project and he left the job without telling me he couldn't do the job, then texted me to say he couldn't do the work. I texted him to ask what happened and didn't get a response. That was so unprofessional to just walk off the job and not tell us why. I'm sure we could worked it out whatever the issue was, but he didn't properly communicate.
Details: Multiple room remodel • Entire house • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • As soon as possible
