- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to think of our company as being competitive when it comes to pricing. The big difference between us and our competitors is we are very detailed orientated. Which the customer will notice from the start. We also use one of the highest quality paints which we get to the clients at a discount of 70% from the dealer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client will get a call from our admin to schedule the appointment. A territory manager will call and confirm the appointment and let the customer know what to expect. They will then call 10 minutes before arriving. After arrivals we will walk the project with the client then go back take pictures and measure. We will then put the estimate together and go over the project with the homeowner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have and continually attended training put on by the franchises and our vendors (PPG and Sherwin Williams) ever year.
