- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new clients, I begin with either a video conference or in office meet and greet. From there I assess the clients needs or goals and convey just how I can assist them in obtaining those goals or objectives. Next, I begin by having the client complete some general intake information and provide me with additional information about their personal tax matters or business related tax matters. I really take the time to ensure my clients are informed during each step of our representation and I take the time to educate my clients about accounting and how to improve their own financials going forward.
