- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is pretty streamlined and designed to be easy for the customer. We show up on site and conduct a FREE analysis of the damage, which includes thermal imaging. We then have a discussion with the customer about their mitigation options. Once we come to an agreement, the mitigation and restoration process begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are an Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) Certified Firm and IICRC Water Restoration Technician and Applied Structural Drying Certified.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for IICRC certifications, make sure they have liability insurance and look at their past reviews.
