- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I set rates to work for everyones budget. I know that everyone who has pets can't to afford a vacation and a big bill for care of their furry children afterwards. If you book for more 3 day during holidays. I will give you 4 day only at half price for new customers. For all new dog walking customers. I will give the first walk at half price. If you book more the one walk. New House sitting customers if you book more the one day of house sitting I will give you the first day at half price. Military/Police/Fireman will always get 10% off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
#1 Contact #2 Phone interview #3 Meet and greet with the family and furry kids. #4 Complete information sheet for the pets and contact information for owners . #5 Set the schedule for the visits, walks and house sitting and recieving keys for residents #6 The day of the of first visit the owners are sent invoice for the schedule dog walks, farm pet care, pet taxi, pets visits and house sitting. To be paid immediately with Paypal. #7 Owers are sent picture and videos daily or each visit. # 8 Will be sent a log of each visit, walk or house sitting via email or left in writing at your residents.

Took Pet CPR. Presently taking step to get more certifications.
