Jimmy helped us today with our home inspection and he was incredibly helpful. He encouraged questions as he was walking around the house, he was considerate of our time without sacrificing quality, and he returned the report the same day of the inspection. Jimmy also went above and beyond to make us feel valued. He brought chairs for us to sit in along with snacks and water. I would highly recommend Highpoint Inspections.

Mr. Hardesty is the best home inspector Ive worked with. I have had a few home inspections before but none of them come close to the level of thoroughness and attention to detail that Mr. Hardesty brings, hands down. He was recommended by our Realtor Kelly Adams.He was quick to respond and set up a Termite Inspector for the same time frame as the Inspection. He was very clear on cost and details about the inspection. The day of he brought water and snacks while he was working. Very thoughtful since it takes a couple of hours. It was done on a Saturday, which as a First time home buyer, when told to others, they were surprised. I highly recommend hiring Jimmy and Highpoint Inspections.

Jimmy was quick to respond, eager to accommodate, provided great service, while also providing a comprehensive inspection. Getting a house inspected is an important step while buying a house. It was important to us to know that the house we were buying did not have any significant flaws. Seeing Jimmy's process quickly put my worries to rest. As an IT guy, I was especially impressed by his software based process. It meant he could spend more time inspecting and less time taking notes and building a report.
