The team at chimney sweep pros performed maintenance work on my chimney on the outside.

Stay away! $650 to run a shop vac in the fireplace. I got taken for a ride. Didn’t even completely clean everything and was told I need to ask for that(?) Complete rip off. I did not do my due diligence when researching places like this. Don’t make the mistake I made. Stay away!

The metal log, which was part of your fireplace setup, was left intentionally as it was not flagged for removal. Our technician clearly mentioned that we could return to collect it if you no longer wanted it.
Throughout this process, our team has kept open lines of communication, addressing all your questions and ensuring that any requests for removal were handled per your instructions.
