Hi everyone, I enjoy doing electrical work and have been doing it for 14 years now. I take pride in my work, and customer satisfaction is my number one goal. I do have slight OCD, so I always make sure everything I install is always measured perfectly down to the millimeter, just for my own sanity. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do minimum $150 dollar service call fee. All quotes are free no charge. I also give military discounts, it's the least I can do for the brave men and women who sacrificed their life for our freedom.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's nice to talk on the phone with the customer so they can explain exactly what their needing and to discuss a time and day for me to go out and give them a FREE estimate and go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for an electrical company for about 5 years and have done my own side jobs for another 7. Total of 12 years as an electrician.
