- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $200 for service calls for the first 2 hours of work and $100 an hour after. I have a trip charge of $30 for work over 25 miles. I do provide FREE QUOTES and plan to offer military and referral discounts in the future.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction is everything when meeting a new customer. Asking any questions about the electrical problems they are having or what they are wanting installed so I can determine the best possible route to get things done in a timely and cost effective manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a trade school for 2 years and started working for an electrical company right after doing residential and commercial/industrial and was there for 6 years. I currently work at a new company doing residential work and have been there for almost 7 years.
