Yannick is an asset to my new home (new to me anyway). This review is for work on my "Mom's wing of my house." Starting the hole in her closet ceiling. The previous owner must have cut it at the last minute! A 12 year old could have done better. Yannick's work was like it was there from the beginning.

I needed help installing a vintage swing hinge on to a modern door, in our 100 yr old home. Nothing is square and some of the floor supports were rotted. Yannick took special care to ensure everything was supported correctly and it was all done with attention to detail. We are so glad we hired him! Will definitely call him back on future projects

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost I enjoy talking with clients and hearing their idea or vision for the job. Depending on the project, I may come out to you before giving you a final quote as I believe being in the space needing work helps to get a good understanding of what is required of me and how we can meet your goals together. Then we get your project scheduled and get to work!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I love meeting and working with all types of people. I've done everything from very minor fix-it's to custom projects on multimillion dollar homes. Whether you're a homeowner, renter, realtor, or contractor... I'd love to meet you!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A recent job I really enjoyed was the office renovation shown in my featured projects. I loved watching the whole space transform and especially liked adding in the window & installing the batten board wall. The project took about 3 weeks in total.
