Tier1 is a Tulsa based property management company owned and operated by a former US Army Green Beret. Please feel free to reach out to ask questions about the process of renting out your home. For our Junk Hual Away customers: All items need to be prepped and ready to be hauled off. There will be an additional fee for digging or small unbagged items. Example, removing dirt or mulch / crushed aluminum cans scattered around the yard or breaking down more than 10 boxes.

He did an awesome job! Even though the job became more complicated than we initially thought because of the specifics of my TV and wall mount, he quickly knew what to do. Great attitude and professionalism. Highly recommend!
