I was happy with the work but very unhappy with the disorganized scheduling and communication. I was scheduled to have someone come by my house Wednesday at 9 am. I specified that whoever comes needs to know how to install outdoor motion detectors. I got a call at 9 that morning that said they couldn’t be here until around 11 which did not work for me. So it was rescheduled for 9 am the following day. Around 11 I got a call that the worker would be here soon. I asked why he wasn’t here at 9 and he said he had just the paperwork and had not been told to be here at 9. When he got here he had a very vague idea of what was to be done. He had no clue how to install the motion detectors. He did work hard and came back the next day with someone who could install the motion detectors. The charge was extra. He ended up doing a tone of work for me today. I would hire this worker again but I will never use this business again.
