Though our problem turned out to be something not easily fixed, the stop gap measure was helpful. The estimate for further consideration was prompt (and no pressure!). Communication was excellent and my need to continually change the appointment time was gracefully accepted. Brek was congenial and helpful in explanations. He also promised to clean up any 'mess' (which was minimal) and he did just that. An excellent experience and we are now considering our next move - but we will call Sooner Services when we decide!

They came and looked at the problem in the main breaker panel, which was rendered unuseable. Made an estimate, which I accepted as fair. When they came back to do the work they had enough experienced workers to completely replace panel and all the breakers , plus required upgrades, in one day. They checked all receptacles and appliances for proper operation, labeled the breakers AND cleaned up all their work areas. I did not check with anyone else for better prices, as I knew about what it would cost. All work was done professionally, by an impressive company. I would certainly recommend them .

Very knowledgeable technician that was helpful explaining things, even things unrelated to the job to help me out with future projects. Did a through job inspecting my house in addition too show me other areas where I could use some work. Brek was extremely helpful.
