- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fairly priced, starting at $350 up to 1999 sqft then add $50 per 500 sq ft. $150 for Aerobic septic 50% off if added to another inspection. $100 pool inspection 50% off if added to another inspection. $250 sewer scope $100 foundation measurement (0-3000sqft) $250 foundation measurement (3000+ sqft) I also offer EMT+Roof for a discounted price call for pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will talk on the phone, and I will ask a few questions to verify you are needing a home inspection and what if any extras you may need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being a home inspector in Oklahoma requires, 90 hours of education. The Oklahoma Board of Construction reviews my accreditation which was from InterNACHI. Then we must pass a National Home Inspectors Test. In addition to this Oklahoma requires continuing education to renew the license for the next year.
