Over the phone, they were very friendly and kind. I couldn't believe the poor job that was done on my lawn. It looked like a child mowed my lawn. The mowed grass was all over the yard. They left all the weed-whacked scraps in the flower beds and scattered about on the lawn along with the cut grass. When I called them to fix it, he replied, "It's time for us to part ways". Unfortunately, I lost my money and they just walked away. I can't believe the poor service and response. Bison Pest and Turf LLC needs to go out of business.
