- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 110 an he with a two hour minimum even if it is something that takes only an hour. This is for the moving. The handyman work I charge 40 an hour per man on site. with a two hour minimum as well. I charge up to 40 dollars in gas fee depending the distance being traveled from me to you. I have no hidden fees. I do charge tax to you only what the original cost was to initially to have our first message.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get as much information as I can while I’m first messaging the customer. When I arrive I always come out cheery. I find it is real contagious lol. And I just try to make everything as easy as possible while still conversing and working at the same time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of subcontracting through private parties and learning trades through them.
