- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price that I quote is for cleaning sessions only and does not include a travel fee. Please note that depending on the distance a $20 travel fee may be applied. Also, there is a cancelation fee of $50 if customer cancels the day before the scheduled cleaning session and 100% of the cleaning fee will still be charged if customer cancels the day of the scheduled cleaning session. Fees will be invoiced.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with serious inquiries only please. Depending on the distance, I like to at least send messages back and forth for more information, try to speak on the phone to get more details and confirmation. I try to schedule a meet n greet if the potential customer lives close enough. I will send a contract with a cancellation policy via message on Thumbtack or phone text and customer/ potential customer must read and agree to it before scheduled cleaning session is final.

As a licensed Caregiver, cleaning is part of caregiving. I have 6 years of professional experience.
